Began by Hal Bernard Dixon and
Joe Dyer in 1994 when they acquired and executed a
franchise of Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. in Savannah, Ga.
We built and now operate six restaurants there under the name of StarrChex LLC.

In 2000 we acquired an existing franchise in the Lafayette, Louisiana area.
We now operate six restaurants there under the name of
StarrChex LA LLC.
